सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिन:
सर्वे सन्तु निरामया:।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु।
मा कश्चित् दु:खभाग भवेत् ।।
Happiness be unto all.
Perfect health be unto all.
May all see what is good.
May all be free from suffering.
vi. Parvatasana ( Hill Posture):

Sit in Padmasana. Inhale to fill your stomach with Prana(air) and expand your chest. Raise the hands up fully stretched. Retain the breath as long as possible. Returne to the normal position while exhaling.

Benefit:-Prana becomes strong, chest broadens and the lungs are cleansed.
