सर्वे सन्तु निरामया:।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु।
मा कश्चित् दु:खभाग भवेत् ।।
Happiness be unto all.
Perfect health be unto all.
May all see what is good.
May all be free from suffering.
v. Gomukhasana ( Cowface Posture )
Technique:

Place your left heel touching the right hip on the outside. After bending right leg, keep the right heel touching the left hip on the outside so that the left knee comes below the right. Make a finger-lock and place it on the upper knee.

Benefit:-This posture strengthens the knees and feet. It is suitable for recitation and study.
